This is a small, intimate workshop held by Dr. Jacobs, in the context of a Trust In Us weekend retreat. Through the use of multiple experiential exercises, including meditation, reflection, and eye-gazing, Dr. Jacobs will help participants confront the transient nature of life. In the process, it is hoped that participants will become more aware of their ability, in the moment, to access presence, meaning, and love.
